It’s no joke. In fact, for TIME, it’s a no-brainer. They pick the man who is most “influential” in the year, which is their euphemism for the man most obnoxious to civilization. They’re very much into nonjudgmental journalism, unless it’s against a US Republican. They’re a fine example of MSM journalism with all of its smug, sophomoric, callow ideas, and partisan ideas.
