This has got to be a hoax. It's not illegal to write on US currency (except maybe to attempt to change its value). Surely Herself knows this. Even Bubba knows it.
It's too good to be true. I bet we find out it's a hoax in a day or two.
I was always told it was illegal. Money is the property of the US government and may not be defaced or destroyed.
