Its a curious thing...the university got the accused guys to sign a document....which meant they got “paid” off by the university for whatever was done...and they couldn’t sue the university or its staff. I thought the coach also got paid off in some fashion...so he couldn’t sue anyone. I kept thinking the rest of the team were taken care of...obviously....they weren’t. I’m guessing they have a smart team of lawyers...and expect to clean out the bank completely. The accused guys are suing the city currently...and expect well over $30 million for their pains. And I’m thinking these guys are expecting much more...with a combined gain of $50 million by the end.
The gang of 88? They might want to think about leaving the US and hiding out in Panama.
Most of us love our kids, but I'm thinking this lady is rich, has plenty of time on her hands and might be willing to give up a Mercedes or trip to Europe every two years to put a law firm into the business of making everyday , a sue the cr#p out of Duke, NIfong and Durham day.
When Nifong gets "back to work" , I'm sure it'll be in the environmental engineering (janitorial) business after working his way up the ladder. bwahahahahaha.
As for the golden "88" profs. Oh, I'm sure that mommy has something just extra special for these asshats.
Maybe make Duke fire them in order to stop the torrent of more litigation. Maybe even "re-education" camps for the professors. hahahahahahaa.
As much as I detest Mike Nifong for what he did, I hold a special dislike for the “Gang of 88”.
They, in a newspaper ad, indicted and convicted the entire team.
And with one exception, none of them have apologized. The lack of an apology may be one of deliberate ommission (ex: several are too embarrased to apologize) but in other cases, several of the “Gang of 88” have stated that they will never apologize for what they did.
That, in itself, is extremely inexcusable.

Unfortunately, this is wishful thinking. Some of them got promoted and some were hired by more prestigious schools. I’m sure Harvard and Yale are now trying to recruit many of the low-IQ racists from Klan 88.
They have tenure so it is almost impossible to fire them even if the University would like to (but the University does not want it - it is totally controlled by these diversity pimps).

The coach had indeed already accepted a settlement with Duke — but apparently Duke VIOLATED the conditions of that settlement and subsequently made disparaging remarks about the coach which were specifically disallowed by the settlement.. As a result, the coach has filed additional claims against Duke..
