Whenever I call a company or a service and I get a recording, the only two options given are (Press 1 for English) and (whatever gibberish Spanish, 2 for espanol); there is no 3 for German, no 4 for French, no 5 for Cantonese, etc. You get the picture.You don't live in Southern California. We get 3 for Vietnamese, and sometimes more...
