Don't think so. Fred and Mitt, while far less than entusiastic than Duncan Hunter and Tom Tancredo about enforcing the borders and not giving this country away to illegal aliens, at least did not actively support and encourage the open borders lobby.

I could vote for either Fred and Mitt without a clothespin on my nose. I couldn't vote for the Huckster even with a clothespin on my nose.

The Ball Street Journal's position on illegal aliens is well known: keep importing people from the third world so the middle class doesn't get too uppidy about serving the ruling class and is forced to subsidize cheap labor for their betters . . . and compete with it.
