Wonder if they’ll charge the guy with police assault? Even though I applaud his defense of his home and family I think he’s lucky he’s still alive. SWAT teams are pretty heavily armed.

They are saying on the radio here that the man has been questioned and released. His family is considering a legal action.
But fortunately for this family. there is a tendency for LEOs to be bad shots.
