To bad Dr. Rice isn't also demanding Pali accountability on how they spend that generous $Half-Billion she is giving the Pali's out of the goodness of the American taxpayers' hearts.

That is how Arafat got his $Billions that he hoarded away -- by bilking the US...He made most of his billions in the drug trade when he controlled Lebanon. The money he took for "peace" was just icing on the cake.
