No it is not, unless you support a fascist economic model*.

Private property, private seller, private buyer. Even if it is unsanitary, those involved are adults. If they accept the risk it is no business of government.

(*fascist does not mean Nazi. It means government regulation of private enterprise. It has become very popular in the United States.)

So, you think that the general public has no interest in public health? Interesting concept, but I don’t think one is fascist to think so. Now, go ahead and call me names. I could not care less.
