Hogwash. What Judge Bork has said is that there is no Constitutional RKBA ... but that "It would be a good idea if there were." Although you and I might disagree with Bork's reasoning, it seems to me that his is a reasonable position given the 2nd Amendment's structure.
As for the "jack-boot" statement, for those of us less enlightened would you care to give some examples?
