The United States will pledge about $500 million for the moderate-led Palestinian government in the West Bank when Arab, European and other nations meet next week, US officials said Friday.

Disgusting but not surprising. George Bush is searching for a legacy -- one which will initially be at Israel's expense, but ultimately damage all of us. His prior strong stance against terrorism in any guise has been completely overturned. Remember his "for us or against us" motto? Does he really believe the so-called Palestinians are for us?
