Asked to clarify her remarks, Pelosi backed off a bit. I want a politician who, when asked to clarify a remark, either repeats it or even emphasizes it. For example:
My perfect representative: Nancy Pelosi is committing treason. Idiot reporter: Could you clarify your statement?
My perfect representative: Yes. She is giving aid and comfort to our enemies through her actions. That is the definition of treason.
