Ping for the Huckster's Willie Horton moment.

And should anyone interested in learning more about the Huckster's influence into letting this murderer-rapist go free, please read:

remember these are DBM Polls, like those showing everybody is against Bush because they make sure the respondents are 95% left Wing Loons. Sure, the rats love Huckleberry because they will make mince meat of him in the general. Go FRED, GO!!

“Yes, and she wasn’t home the last six or seven Christmas’ either, but no one said anything until now. Why is that?”

The Swiftboat Veterans for Truth didn’t make a big stink until Kerry ran for President, and I don’t recall anyone on this forum finding that suspicious. Just as few cared about the Swiftboat Veterans’ story until then, I’m sure no one really cared about this woman’s story until now.

Now she has a chance to speak out, tell her story and express her grief and anger, and voters are free to count or discount her as they choose.

Please change the title to reflect that Huckabee had him PAROLED. It was a typo, as I stated almost immediately after I posted this thread. Thanks.

Please see posts 8 and 44. It was a mistake that I pointed out almost immediately after posting this thread. Although I want the title to be accurate, Huckabee’s involvement in this man being released from prison remains the same.

Huckabee did put pressure on it. I saw a member interviewed who contradicted what Huckabee stated. Huckabee has ended up a liar on this topic.

Clinton pardoned in return for cash and political favors; Huckabee granted clemency for reasons other than that.

Maybe it would be worthwhile to examine several random cases in depth, to find out the rationale, before branding Governor Huckabee a one-man crime spree.

So why didn't the mom raise a stink during his re-election effort as Governor? Hmmm...

Could it be that no one was willing to give her a stage for just a governorship. Or maybe she was still grieving.

In any event, we now have a national stage, and a lot more at risk than just a governorship, we have the potential for this kind of thinking to infect the national discourse.

Finally, with all that at risk, there a people who are willing to give the mom a chance to vent her anger, on national stage, at the immorally of what Huckabee did to her daughter, her family, and her community.

Why is it that you appear to be defending the pardon? Hm.................?

“Actually HUnter and Tancredo should be the hands down winner here.”

I am just going by the poll numbers here at the Free Republic. It appears that Fred is by far the favorite at Free Republic.

Did the mom know (when he ran for reelection) that Huckabee had written letters on behalf of the man? When did that information become public knowledge?

I like Laura Ingraham, but I find that she takes too much at face value. Many times I find myself screaming at the radio wishing she would ask a different question or challenge a guest.
