New video of the mother of the girl Wayne Dumond killed after he was paroled at Huckabee's request. It's the most damning thing I've ever seen.

I’m not a Huckabee supporter by a long shot, but I just heard him on Laura Ingraham’s radio show, and, to be fair, he didn’t pardon the guy. He was paroled by the parole board, and there is a difference in a parole and a pardon. I think we should use the correct verbage.

The most damning thing is that Huckabee pardoned and commutated the sentences of more criminals than the six surrounding states combined (something like Huckabee pardoned/commutated 700+ while the six surrounding states including Texas pardoned around 600). The term "soft on crime" comes to mind...

They are politicizing this poor girls death just like Cindy Shehan and the Jersey woman. What are wrong with mothers now a days. I guess they are all becoming democrats.

It is a horrific sign of our times that not one candidate at the Repub debate the other night called Huckabee out on his bleeding heart liberalism for convicted felons. And they should have done it with the not-too-subtle suggestion that Mr. Huckabee not resort to his Gomer-like penchant for laugh-track one-liners.
If none of the GOP candidates are appalled by Huckabee’s penchant for releasing monsters back into society, than I’d say we have a pretty sorry bunch vying for the top of our ticket.

You are correct and I apologize for the typo. How do I ask the moderator to fix the title?

I intended for the title to say the man who Huckabee had paroled. That’s what I get for trying to multi-task at work :)

Huckabee directly influenced the parole board in a face-to-face from which there were conveniently no minutes recorded, and then he wrote the killer a letter approving of the parole.
Please - the man has blood on his hands. He released a killer back into society. He also released 10 other murderers.
Huckabee is a bleeding heart liberal soft on crime.

Sorry, but this is politicizing the girl's death. Why did the mom wait until now to make the video (because opportunity struck)? When did the crime occur, six or seven years ago?

Yes, and she wasn't home the last six or seven Christmas' either, but no one said anything until now. Why is that?

Hm. Maybe because Huckabee wasn’t running for POTUS until now, a job that carries far more devastating consequences of poor judgment?
To: murron
He urged the parole board to pardon him, though. The parole board members say they were pressured.
To: murron
The really sick and twisted part of this is that they KNEW he was going to commit another crime, as evidenced by the fact that they required him to leave the state.
To: jdm
Sorry, but this is politicizing the girl's death. I don't know if it is on her part but expect the RATs do the very same thing or worst with the MSMs help. That's politics of the time.

Will she vote for Hillary, whose husband pardoned Frank Rich, who went on to play his part in “Oil for Food” in Iraq, which may have bribed France, Russia, and China, to vote against America, which left us no choice but to bomb Iraq or allow WMD manufacture? How about the Puerto Rico terrorists? Cocain dealers?

He lost me at immigration. He’s also for big gov’t. How he’s rising in the polls is a mystery.
