Well, books don't usually get read into the CR. I appreciate the intent, which is to counter the VVAW's 1971 "Winter Soldier" charges. Personally, I'd like to see the testimony given in Boston during August 2004 at the Myths of the Vietnam War conference read into the Record.

Yes, I agree about 'books' not getting read. However, this book is not just any book, and your first post describing the purpose and what the book contains would be sufficient to future historians being placed into the CR. And I do not disagree with you about the Boston conference.
