Scorpions can also take a direct dose of most bug sprays and remain unaffected Need to deliver the spray via the can, directly, by smacking them with the can. It works every time.

I just moved from Arizona to Minneapolis, and yes, there is a scorpion problem down there.
To tie the ends of this thread together neatly, I should point out that cats are immune to scorpion toxin. I saw "grey_whiskers' get stung right in the face by a scorpion with no ill effects.
That, and we would often come downstairs to find scorpion pieces by the food dish / water bowl in the morning.
As far as the "glow in the dark", what else can I say but this?

So does cat pee ... or so I've heard. Haven't had the opportunity to test the theory. (I like the "scientific black light" part)
