To: Kitty Mittens

Wow, you have pecan trees? Can you eat them also? I planted some berrying shrubs this past season. I saw the birds took them early in the season. I love seeing the squirrels run away with nuts and bury them too. I wonder if they can recall where they put them and if they ever do back to get them.

Oh, yes, and this Kind of Pecans is Very Tasty, but Most are Tiny, and with the Hardest Shells Known to Man. After a Week or So of Shelling the Biggest Ones I can Find, my Fingers Get Little Cuts on them, which then Sting whenever I Do the Dishes, Lol, so my Admiration for them Begins to Wain Pretty Quickly. They are Really More of a Special Treat that is to be Enjoyed Between Finger-Healings!

I have Seen Squirrels Retrieve the Pecans they Bury, but they May Forget where they Place Some of them.
