The Kokopelli Inn is just a few doors down from the B & B. (1-928-205-1146). Then just another block west is the Sedona Real Inn (1-928-282-1414). That is about three minutes from where I live, and I always put my kids up there.
If you guys want me to check anything else out - let me know. I’ll be glad to help (if I can.)
The owner of the B & B did not recommend the deer farm, since you will be here such a short time.

What’s the name off the B&B?

I FReepmailed it to you. I don’t feel comfortable posting it on an open forum. They are very good friends of mine - and someone from another site could possibly decide to bother them. I hope you all understand.

Is she gonna fetch the TP for you?
Besides, by the time you get off the pot, your butt will be to sore to walk, let alone ride!
Maybe she will be available to carry you back to the bus when it is time to go home!

You must find and read the books by Tony Hillerman before going.
You must also find and buy the California AAA map of Indian Country.
Read the books and study the map. Then follow the adventures ofLt Leaphorn andJim Chee all over Arizina. They are fantastic tour guides.
Disclaimer...... I love hillerman and have used his books as travelogues on three trips to Arizona.

May I suggest Yuma! There is the MCAS [MARINE CORPS Air Station] Yuma, plus there is a lot of different things to do there from the “old” west style gun fights to more modern fare! Just run Hwy 8 or 10 out to the very Southwest corner of AZ. and you’ll be there.Just as the snow birds are leaving so you’ll just about your pick of lodgings available.
