Yeah, I’m not going to take NORML’s word for it. If NORML hates the ad, there’s a good chance the ad is being effective, otherwise they’d just giggle and let the ad be promoted across the country,

NORML didn’t do the study, it was done by some other reseach group, NORML is just reporting the result.s
