Jan Mickelson WHO Des Moines last hour referred to the one inspirational part of the otherwise "terrible, evil" shootings, a detail "already buried by the media".

Mickelson says the shooting was cut short by a "volunteer, unpaid, female security guard".

Mickelson says in the midst of the usual suspects already calling on presidential candidates to speak out for gun control, we have this demonstration of the proper use of the Second Amendment and "good old American common sense".

He again addressed the fact that these shooters select "gun-free zones" for their sites.

Note that Tancredo is currently running radio ads regarding the dangers of open borders extending to the terrorist attacks in "London and Russia"--that would be Beslan.

Schools, malls, churches--

Seen by murderous scum of all stripes as free-fire zones, game preserves, neon lights advertising "High Body Count Here"--

The point was raised by a caller and admitted to by the host that if there be a posted sign prohibiting concealed carry on the premises it makes any carrier subject to loss of right to carry.

Hence, in my view, the proper question of candidates is what will you do to facilitate the rapid dispatch of killers--

The correct answer is not "eat donuts until the shooter kills himself"--

That is I why I posted this article, even though many others had already been posted on these shootings. It's very important that the public is made aware that it was an ARMED member of the congregation that ended this terrible situation. The pastor is calling her a security guard, but the fact is, she is a volunteer that has a permit to carry a concealed weapon.

The ENEMEDIA will never report a story showing a positive aspect to having armed citizens.

Schools are the next target. It's not a question of if, just when!

The security guard at the church shows us, without a doubt, that conceal carry and the ability for the private citizens to be armed, STOPS these attacks. That it SAVES LIVES, and that it should be the policy of every church, school, mall, etc.

THIS is what the MSM should be focusing on if they had a single ounce, one cintilla of true jounalism left in their collective system. This is the news, along with he attack itself, that should be grabbing healines:

"ARMED HEROINE PREVENTS SLAUGHTER AT CHURCH BY SHOOTING THE ATTACKER DEAD"

Thank God that pastor there LISTENED to the inspiration he felt regarding protecting his flock, and then ACTED on it that morning by getting the additional security in place, which included, among other things as I understand it, getting his people to safe places within the church, each group protected by an armed security guard, and getting them out of the line of fire...as well as having this particular security guard near him who was able (and WILLING) to react to the attack by taking the fight directly to the perp and taking him down.

Without such actions and plan, there would have been a much, much more horrific body count I am afraid...which just punctuates the point of arming the people so they can stop such attacks as they develop.
