You have been debating the lack of archaeological evidence for the
Book of Mormon on this thread.
But, as both of you probably know:
The LDS Church has made thousands of CHANGES to the Book of Mormon and Doctrine and Covenants; and Even after all of those changes, hundreds of obvious ERRORS still remain; and
Even after all of those changes, there are still many serious CONTRADICTIONS in Mormon Scripture.
In light of these facts: How can someone know the Standard Works are true and Joseph Smith was not a false prophet?
I have asked this question many times in the past and I have yet to receive a reasoned response.
Perhaps either of you can help me ... or perhaps somebody else can ... maybe today ... on this thread ...

Well... Our Glorious Leaders approved the changes because GOD told them to! Besides, the archeological stuff that wasn't found prompted them.

I've gone to the links you have posted. I can rebut the assertions. In fact, on one of the links, they dismiss the Bible's claim to authenticity also. Do you really want to go there? Many of the criticisms directed against the Book of Mormon and the restoration of the gospel can be used against the Bible too, unfortunately.
I'm off work next week, and I will answer your question to the links. I just haven't had time with work and Christmas preparations. :)
