As far as I’m concerned there is NEVER an inappropriate time to Praise our L-rd! Am I saddened by the loss of life - most assuredly. Am I praying for all of those dealing with this tragedy - of course. However, as one who has been through her fair share of tragedies and crises, I also realize that in the midst of horror there ARE positive aspects. That is how we continue to LIVE in spite of the tragedies in our lives — and G-d is a HUGE part of that for me at least...
