Rush does our biggest job which is reinterpreting the DBM and what their motives really are. No one does it like him.

Biden says this Administration is Nixon without the competence.
There is a reason why Biden gets no traction in the presidential race. He is both dumb and nasty.

"Aside from the fact that Rudy favors legalizing the status of..20 million illegal aliens already here, who can then sponsor tens of millions more to enter legally thru chain migration, which would destroy this country as we know it, Rudy is OK."That's why he's not my #1. I'll support your guy in the general, if you'll support Rudy if he's our nominee, which it sounds like you may not. I'll hold my nose, too, for McCain or Huckster, but I'll vote for 'em.

I wish this Presidency had Nixon’s ability to tick off the press. The Presidency is currently ridiculously friendly to the media and it is highly unwarranted given the way the media has acted in return.

Heheh, Biden is at 4 percent in Iowa.
His explanation is that he doesn’t have the money to spend that the others do.

However, Huckabee is utterly charming, endearing, witty, and he offers a positive message. In other words, he is just downright likeable.
To whom??? Mitt, Rudy & Fred and just as positive, witty and charming without the creep factor.

The kicker was that Chris Wallace actually commended him for giving straight answers. Umm... yeah. Yeah. Sure sign Huck is being propped up by the media and the polls are bogus.
The Huckster interview was really disturbing. He sounded more like Jimmy Carter and Bill Clinton than Ronald Reagan. All of his answers were terrible. I cannot support him in these primaries. No way.

Well done.
I haven't been able to get past my first impression of Romney as too posed. However, his resume is quite impressive. Indeed, he has a lovely family, and he is very proud of them. The attacks on him for being a Mormon are over the top. One thing I have found in all the Mormons I've known is their top notch work ethic. The people who attack LDS are usually the same folks who frown upon Catholics and Jews. Bigots.

Good, Newt follows Biden. Reminds us how awful Special Counsels are.

Gallup had a recent poll. In in for the 1st time ever, a majority of people said "My Congress person is more intrested in playing political games then fixing the issues that concern me." Gee ....wonder why I never saw that poll. Devastating. A year ago I was deathly worried about this election, but not so much anymore. Thinking back, the status of the Iraq war was crucial. W's moves are turning out well....on most fronts foreign and domestic.

Well the bottom line on immigration is that a majority of Americans support the idea of secure borders, but aren't willing to support the measures to get it done because there is sympathy for the situation for individual illegals. Am I wrong? Here is the problem with your analysis and I don't know if you are wrong or not.
There are over 6 billion people in the world. It's estimated that half would come to the US if we opened the door wide enough.
We also have reliable estimates that 175,000 immigrants per year is about the right number that we should be legally letting into the country right now for the benefit of the country
The problem is the issue is seldom explained in those terms.
Currently by favoring those crossing the border with Mexico we become a biased if not severely prejudiced nation by allowing only those able to cross illegally into the country with little or no penalty.
In essence any time you stop obeying existing Federal law it's time to put up a stop sign whether the majority of people are for the issue or against it.
If the issue is that pervasive and if we should not have control of our borders than let congress pass a law to that effect and we shall see if it gets passed or not.
I hope you are wrong.

Why is it that Mitt is having to defend being a Mormon at every turn and it’s brought up every other day in the media....but Harry Reid has never had to defend himself over the same issue?

Sorry, Iowans, but your Hawkeye cauci don’t mean squat...which is why many candidates have ignored it. Those that are now jumping in have been manipulated by media hype that says it IS important. They are wrong, imho. Ditto New Hampshire.
