I don’t even think the pig found an acorn this time. I agree that too much public money goes into research funding but the idea of isolating people because they have aids is just plain insane.

Only if it were more communicable, like typhoid or other diseases. However, we must not let the god of political correctness make these decisions for us, rather public welfare.

I agree with Huckabee on all three statements...it’s the elephant in the room. A lot of folks are thinking the same thing but no one has been willing to say so.
I may have to pick him as my frontrunner rather than Hunter!

If they had done it in 1981, when the disease was first identified, it might have worked, but by 1992 it was way too late. I remember reading once that Castro quarantined AIDS sufferers, but I don't know if Cuba has continued to do so. Obviously gays have too much political clout in this country for something like that to be implemented, and not even the imprimatur of Uncle Fidel would cause Democrats to support the idea.
