I agree. For some reason we, as a people accept way too many ridiculous state and federal court decisions. If we only fired (read: impeach and convict) a couple dozen of these clowns, these judicial tyrants every year, there would be far fewer decisions such as this.
Get the Congress that nominated them to their offices to impeach them? Dream on.
