I guess Pakistan isn't into Valuing the Diversity of psychotic American hate-mongers...

Knowing these traitorous b*****s, they were probably dropping off some much-needed funding for al-Qaeda.
I hope ICE tells ‘em they can’t come back in.

We could languish in jail for an unknown period and then be deported, or we could leave the country on the next available flight. We chose the latter. - I was hoping for a happy ending.

Sounds like Code Pink had a real code brown.

Why didnt the government just warn us that we were doing something wrong or nicely ask us to come into the police station, instead of terrorizing us?, Tighe asked. Because this is Pakistan, you goofy ignoramous! Greuble replied, condescendingly. I figured they left out part of the quote.

They’re lucky. The Paki police would consider water-borading detainees going soft.

I’d say they got off easy, and it wouldn’t bother me one whit if they were still bitching after a few years in a Pakistani prison.

We were released under the care of the U.S. political officer, who booked us on a flight the following day.I hope to heck our tax dollars weren't used.

Well, it looks like Benjamin and her pinko traitors almost protested the right people in the right area of the world. They say they want to stop torture and the war. They were close enough to the real torturers and the real people who started the war that they could smell them. But, even still, they were protesting and complaining about the wrong country while begging that same country to protect them and fly them home out of harm’s way. The consulate should have left them to rot in a Pakistani prison.

It appears They lost touch with reality some time ago..

I enjoyed this story very much. The only part I didn't like was, "...on the flight home,..."

We had just left a student rally and were driving down the streets of Lahore with a car full of Pakistani journalists and lawyers. Can you imagine how bad that must have smelled?

...both human rights activists with CODEPINK and Global Exchange, were arrested at gunpoint by agents of the Pakistani government.
The Paki government isn't ALL bad...
Jokes aside, perhaps these leftoids would stop bitching about how much America--the land where you're free to be an idiot without getting arrested--sucks, since they've now seen what life is like in Muslim countries. But that's wishful thinking...Why don't they just MOVE to Pakistan if they hate America so much?

When we got off the phone, Mr. Awan shocked us with his comment. We dont know why you were arrested, he said, we are only carrying out orders from high up. But I think your own government had a hand in it because you embarrassed the Ambassador when she was in town.
Bull crap
