I heard the tapes were destroyed after congress reviewed them and, the oversight committee saw the tapes and approved them be destroyed. All by the book.

Heard basically the same this morning; Senator Rockefeller (intelligence committee) had this knowledge 2 years ago and had no problem with it.

The MSM's counting on consumers not reading past the headline and a few paragraphs. Fortunately they no longer have a stranglehold on the news :)

Senator Bond of Missouri was just on and said he reviewed the tapes and there was nothing out of ordinary.
Bond is a member of Senat Intel Committee.
