wonderful thread BUMP

Thank you snugs for the great Dose tonight. Most ot the nights the tree lighting is in pretty mild weather. NOT this year. Laura was a cutie in her ear muffs. I liked the hats the men wore in 50s & 40s..

some men still wear hats.. I like them (esp our POTUS in his cowbow hat). I am sure there are some warm felt type cowbow hats.

As usual I appreciate all your great work Eleanor.

Thanks for posting the new photos, Kas. Even more reason to catch the rebroadcast tonight. And I LOVE the photo you chose for your toaster.

Daisy is one of our dose host now she does subbing and is also the one that posts any Sunday photos and makes sure folks are not alone on the thread on a Sunday

This is true. Hope you will stop by the Dose more often. It is amazing the number of drop-ins we have from years gone by. You never know who you will bump into on the Dose.

That is sweet of you.

“Except ye become as a little child, ye shall not enter therein.”

I had hoped to do the Rapture thing instead, but you can’t always get what you want. Still, there are lots of things that can carry me away before I become too dysfunctional. Or I can bumble along at this level for years before it worsens another big step.

These pictures, and especially the top one in your post Kaslin, make me sentimental and think I will miss George and Laura after next year. They have both aged, and we with them of course. He is a man of conviction, even though I haven’t agreed with him line for line, and I thank God for his leadership rather than the alternative.

Thank you, Eleanor.
