Excellent, I posted that story quite a while ago, I have wondered a few times what was going to come of it.

Her lawsuit was the most heartless, selfish case of which I’d ever heard. Wonder how she even thought of it.

Has anyone seen a picture of her?

Glad to hear this.

She won’t be able to even get a mall security job with this legal history.

So a cop falls, hurts him/herself on duty and (presumably) can’t work. For most cops that’s a dream come true.Full pay...inflation indexed.Full benefits. No state income tax (at least in Massachusetts).

The story enraged me when I first heard about it. Glad to hear that the officer's boss had some common sense.

Let's hope that this dirtbag's frivolous lawsuit is dismissed as well.

Oh, article says she dropped her lawsuit.

Her lawyer probably told her that she had no shot.

Happy to hear she's out of work and will not be able to live parasitically off a grieving family.

Good riddance...suing that family because she slipped on a floor that was wet because they had brought that nearly-drowned child into the house was reprehensible.

There is a poll question at the link asking if she had a legitimate case.

96% NO.

What a surprise.
