This article goes on to describe the murder of a French woman by a Turkish serial murderer-rapist on the Paris metro, to discuss why the guy was on the streets in the first place, and talks about what happens to French people who speak up for the right to defend oneself.

I don’t think anyone in Washington will take notice.

The French, and Euro-leftists in general, are idiots. They are pansies and wimps. The though of fighting to protect ones’ self is a frightening thought. Worse than that, they are a bunch of hand-wringing pandering socialists. What a club of fools.

Yes, Frenchie, only your CRIMINALS have guns. Idiots.

“Villiers-le-Bel is one of France’s 751 “zones urbaines sensibles” (sensitive urban areas). These are no-go zones where radical Muslims hold sway. Almost 5 million people, or 8 percent of the French population, live in such zones. In May, Nicolas Sarkozy won the French presidential elections with the promise that he was going to reclaim them for the republic. “

Sorry, but those areas have gone the way of Kosovo now and the French have nothing to say about it. If it’s good enough for Serbia to be partitioned by invading muzzies, then it’s good enough for France, and also for the American Southwest.

A Judge Warns: France Should Prepare for Civil War

As Iraq is closed down to jihadi, they'll want somewhere else to satisfy their pathological desires. I wonder how many of them have been drifting toward Paris lately?

I also wonder how much of the bloody horror that is slouching toward France and the rest of EU has been postponed by the grinding of jihadi meat stock in Iraq, Afghanistan and elsewhere?

“When the authorities sent in the police, almost 200 policemen got injured — many of them by guns.”

While the law-abiding, tax-paying French citizens have no way to defend themselves against the Muslim thugs.

From the very end of the article:

“There is no Second Amendment in Europe. Even European politicians from the so-called “right,” like Mr. Sarkozy, are horrified at the suggestion that citizens should be allowed to protect themselves against criminals. Last year, Mr. Sarkozy told French radio: “Security is the responsibility of the state. I am against the private ownership of firearms. If you are assaulted by an armed burglar, he will use his weapon more effectively than you anyway, so you are risking your life.”

The result is that in France only the criminals are armed, while decent citizens, even those as brave as Anne-Lorraine, perish.”

Well, the good will I felt after the eletion of Sarkozy is now flushed. He is a statist like the others. Same sh!t, different texture.

Following the death of the two boys, youths went on the rampage in Villiers-le-Bel. They blamed the two policemen in the vehicle for "murdering" the boys "because the police should not have been there."

That is the line that really stood out to me. "The police should not have been there"????? Amazing!

Disarming innocent civilians does not protect innocent civilians. All it does is puts them at a serious disadvantage to the criminal class.

One would have thought that the Fwench would have learned a thing or two from WW2, specifically that the populace can only resist a tyranny if it is armed. We dropped millions of Liberator pistols all over France (and other nations) - single shot .45 handguns that could kill a German soldier. Many were used to do so, and to grab the soldier’s rifle, ammo and grenades, with which additional weapons were acquired. Armed French citizens helped to liberate their own nation - then. Now, even Sarko is a statist pig. Very disappointing - but they deserve who and what they elect.

From what I read of the article, the subway in Paris has no security cameras, the trains are empty heading out of town, there is no right to self-defense, and murderers and rapists get out of jail after a few years in prison.

Put this all together and it seems silly to me to not acquire a handgun by some means and pack it in France if you ride the subway. No-one will ever know you're carrying a gun and if you have to use it you'll never get caught. If you somehow do get caught after killing an attacker with it, the sentence will be relatively light.

So much for my hopes for France and Sarko. I guess he's just a French Rudy Guiliiani.

This is a total liberal BS scare tactic. Anyone who owns a firearm for self defense will likely be better trained, prepared, and equipped than the average armed thug. I will guarantee you, here in Florida, if an armed person enters my home he or she will be at a major disadvantage and will very likely leave in a Police body bag.

My wife and I have a sign on our door that says, “The owner's of this property are armed. There is nothing inside worth risking your life for.”

""We were attacked from all sides by youths armed with hunting rifles," one of the officers said. "The kids were shooting at us. I've never seen anything like it. It was like in a movie."...

That's just the muzzie clildren "playing". Just wait till their parents get mad, they are probably armed with better equipment that the French army, and outnumber them too. We are doing the same thing, allowing and paying an enemy army 5 times the size of ours to trench themselves in our own country. I bet Hitler is green with envy.

If you want to maintain a population of sheep, it’s imperative you keep the pen gate closed. Letting wolves in because they act oppressed and bedraggled is an unsustainable policy.
