Though Lex Luthor may balked at the idea of an “Otisburg” around his New West Coast, I have noticed that there is an Otisburg in the DC Comic Atlas.

It’s a small seaside suburban yuppie community just outside Gotham City and under Batman’s nightly vigilant protection.
