These attacks involved Chinese "trojans" or software designed to hack into computer systems and feed back confidential data....
maybe they should just make pc's in china and sell them over here, that would make it so much more convenient to hack and call back home to motherland or never never land

Not only that, but apparently they put trojans in those USB storage devices, so when you plug them in and they install, you are infected.
