A pass from what? When we use the word Cult, do you think that it is a description for Mormonism that is just a slang word, thrown out there because of Mitt Romney’s candidacy?

All of the various denominations that we belong to identify the Mormons as a Cult, that to the unaware, mimics Christianity on the surface.

Exactly my point in making a comparison of Mormonism and Christianity on other threads. My grandaughter (when she was being taken to the Mormon church) said she was in the ONE TRUE CHURCH. This she said with ARROGANT PRIDE.

So here we have more evidence that Mormons do not think Christians are Christian at all. In my eight years of seeing the Mormon church close up, this doctrine was stated many times to me.
