Beat me to it.
They suspended the Nuke program because they need the Fuel enrichment plant plant at Natanz...nukes by 2010
Same here.
Anyone for a game of Rope-a-dope?
I find it amusing that the report was issued at this time. And I also find it absurd to think that Iran has suspended operations. They had plenty of time to “go underground” with their preparations. Plenty of time.
I’d say more inside smear efforts at the CIA. Bush should have done a serious shakedown right after 9/11,
The Mossad has always been pretty good on human intel; we (CIA, etc.) have always been good a technical intel (spy satellites, SIGINT, etc).
Given that the NIE goes to the intent of the Iranians, I’m going to side with the Israelis on this.
I’d trust the Israelis too. I understand the latest “intelligence” report was done by former employees? What gives then more sway than current employees? Our intelligence community is too PC to be seriously regarded on face value.

As suspected and thanks.
Our political system is corrupt corrupt corrupt.
Power hungry, money grubbin government officials are suckin the juice of life from this country.
On the subject of enriched uranium, heres a “not so” hypothetical:
If you were a nuclear ambitious country (like Iran), what would you want to possess, (1) a fully optimized set drawings and no enriched uranium or (2) a ready supply of weapons grade enriched uranium and not so well optimized drawings?
Yep, a 50th percentile fifth grader would get that answer right. But not the State Department of the United States of America.
