Senator Hillary Clinton’s latest attacks on Senator Barack Obama indicates that her war room has reasoned that she needs to draw Obama into a ugly fist match to erode his support in Iowa to possibly squeeze out a victory or a John Edwards win in the heartland would be better than a Obama victory coming to New Hampshire and South Carolina.

Frankly, I think an Edwards win would help .... Edwards. The Breck Girl could be the dark horse in this race. IIRC, he has most of the union endorsements.

If Edwards became President, the U.S.of A. could, at least, look forward to an era of better hair-care products.

Hillary's cool and collected facade is crumbling under the looming threat of a first ever defeat.

Why do people continue to think that the party of/for/by racists are going to make Hillary or Obama their nominee? Not accusing you, just saying.

Edwards will be the nominee, take that to the bank.

What will be intersting to note is the level of black proxy voting support Hillary gets. Can’t wait to see what Philadelphia will do. If she wins Philly and the nomination, she will be unbeatable because of the fraud machine.

"The Breck Girl could be the dark horse in this race.

I think the "wimp factor" has eliminated any chance for Edwards. He's pretty much been reduced to a punch line.

Refreshing to see your viewpoint. For about 4 months, I've held that view, and was starting to think I was crazy (well, crazier than usual at least).

Has it occurred to you that there is just one word needed to describe the major 'Rat candidates? Yep.

Suit.

In no particular order, Brooks Brothers, empty, and pant.

FReegards!

Theres some truth to your argument, but I think Edwards will have to do a little more to win this one.

Agreed, Edwards may be too lame to see the easy opportunity that lies ahead for him and blow the nomination.

I think we may actually get real races in both parties.

Hillary and Obama will NOT chose the other as VP if they win the nomination. Bet on that too.

I am so rooting for Hellary to win.

And unlike the MSM, I happen to feel that this is the strongest group of candidates the Republicans have ever had for the primaries in my lifetime. McCain isn’t in the top five running and he was 2nd best the last go around.

And if she wins (though she won’t!) and doesn’t pick Obama, she will alienate even more voters. He is popular with Dems and they will want him on the ticket.
Personally I think she’s already chosen Wesley Clark.

But when was the last time the Democrats ran anybody but a suit for President?

Kerry and Gore were no more than suits.

And what would you call Carter and Mondale, if not suits?

Gad, am I leading myself to a conclusion that Bill Clinton actually had more substance than any Democrat candidate since George McGovern (and we all know how that turned out)?

But probably so. Faint praise...

Uh, it was supposed to be a mildly humourous observation. Humour can always be destroyed by close analysis.

Pardon me for taking up your time.
