THANK YOU FOR POSTING THIS BECK TRANSCRIPT I have webtv and cannot acces the video also live to far out in the boonies so we do not get Becks' radio show. However we DO get his TV show and today it was a rerun with Randy Travis a good rerun but.... I hope he does a tv show on this and play that footage for all of those who do not have streaming video or puters. I love it I am so proud of those Americans that showed up to protect and show support against criminals and the likes of groups like Quantell X and his intimadators. Beck hit it when he said Right America showed up. I was debating on buying Becks' book for Christmas. Think I will esp. since a poster here said it had a good humor base while laying out all the obvious of what the heck is wrong with this country. Good point also about the body guards carrying shot guns out in public... Can any Texan Freeper tell us the law regarding this?

Texas law says that you may carry a loaded long arm (shotgun or rifle) openly in public with a few exceptions (schools, courts, jails) without a license.

You do not have to have it cased.

You do not have to have it unloaded.

You may carry it in any safe manner - slung, ported, at the balance pointed down.

You may NOT carry it in a way designed to threaten or intimidate others - then it becomes brandishing a firearm.
