Not that it matters. The men who were shot were definitely guilty. Mr. Horn is presumed innocent. Skin color has nothing to do with any of that, and I doubt very much that it had anything to do with whether he pulled the trigger.

They did to horn as well. That's how he described them to the 911 operator/dispatcher. Could be Dominican Republic, or Cuban. Mariel boatlift types, although they are too young for that, I think... It was in 1980, so the 30 y/o would only have been 3, and the other about a few years older. Maybe their parents were part of the boat lift. Being interred at Ft. Chafee under the "leadership" of the Slickmeister wouldn't help much with socialization.
