China puts a coal fired power plant on line every couple of days.And you can be darn sure that not a single one of them uses “clean” coal or has scrubbers installed.

This is just exactly what I was going to state.

It is also reported they are planning to start up Coal Fired Plants at this rate for the next five years.

AND WE ARE TO START SHUTTING OURS DOWN???
