n the fall of 2001, city cops chauffeured Rudy Giuliani's then-mistress, Judith Nathan, to her parents' Pennsylvania home 130 miles away on the taxpayers' dime.
Records show that city cops refueled at an ExxonMobil station down the road from Nathan's childhood home in Hazleton on Oct. 20, 2001, while Giuliani stayed behind in New York attending 9/11 funerals.

The records show that - in addition to using City Hall funds to take Giuliani and Nathan to 11 secret trysts in the Hamptons, as has been previously reported - taxpayers were paying to ferry Nathan on long-distance trips without Giuliani, now a Republican contender for President.

This guy belongs in jail. He makes Bill Clinton look saintly.
One might argue that Giulianis lack of character is a personal matter and has nothing to do with electing him to the highest office in the land. But, using taxpayers money for his philandering is not a personal matter.
New York State Comptroller, Alan Hevesi, pleaded guilty to a felony charge of defrauding the government, which carries a maximum penalty of 1 1/3 to four years in prison, for bilking the government by using state employees as drivers and personal assistants for his wife. If Hevesi was prosecuted for using taxpayers money to provide chauffeurs and errand boys for his WIFE, why should Giuliani get away with doing it for some bimbo? The New York Attorney General should immediately seek a Grand Jury indictment of Giuliani.
Almost unbelievable, except that it’s Giuliani.
If they are hittting Rudy with this now, what do they still have waiting to bring out later?
Shut up. This was a month after 9-11. There would be good reason for there to be security for his girlfriend at that point in time, given the situation and Giuliani’s position. I’m not even supporting him, but this is a pointless hit.
Where’s Sean Hannity to knock this stuff down?
Doing a Ruth’s Chris commercial, he’ll be right there...
Someone smells blood in the water. Someone or someones are spreading these stories — it can’t be a coincidence that they’re all erupting in a few days. Of course, the culprits will have carefully wiped off their fingerprints.
Someone’s gunning for Rudy, and I think it almost has to be a Republican. A Democrat would wait for Rudy to get the nomination and drop these bombs in autumn of ‘08, when they’d do the most damage.
Please tell me you are not serious, please! This was taxpayer money. He was married, this was his girlfriend !!!! He can pay for his own security for his girlfriend.
“This guy belongs in jail. He makes Bill Clinton look saintly. “
that sir, is absolutely impossible and by saying such you cast a shadow over anything else you may say.
dear, dear - “saintly,” the mere thought gives cold shivers.
Mr. Mayor, please, go away!
You haven't seen or heard anything yet! Just wait until they start uncovering the mob connections and his lawfirm's records.
The real heroes of 9-11 were still pulling bodies out of "the pile" months after 9-11.
His wife also had police chauffeurs at that time. Nobody is complaining about that. But even Bill Clinton didn't give Monica a chauffeur.
Alan Hevesi got prosecuted for giving his WIFE a chauffeur. But he's a Democrat so that makes it bad. Rudy says he's a Republican so it's OK ... RIGHT?
PLENTY!
Whoever it is I wish them God's speed and much success.
Not to me. He was playing around on his wife on the taxpayer dime. Not exactly a guy with a lot of character.
Kin? Kin??? A urban NYC newspaper calling relatives kin??
Are they trying to portray him as Jed Clampett or what?
You should add a big bag labeled Kerik and another big bag labeled WTC Emergency Command Center!!!!!!!! oh and now one for fraudulent missuse of City Funds.
Who made you the FR censor?
There is NO reason for some tart to be receiving taxpayer money. He should have paid for it HIMSELF.
