Shut up. This was a month after 9-11. There would be good reason for there to be security for his girlfriend at that point in time, given the situation and Giuliani’s position. I’m not even supporting him, but this is a pointless hit.

Please tell me you are not serious, please! This was taxpayer money. He was married, this was his girlfriend !!!! He can pay for his own security for his girlfriend.

The real heroes of 9-11 were still pulling bodies out of "the pile" months after 9-11.

His wife also had police chauffeurs at that time. Nobody is complaining about that. But even Bill Clinton didn't give Monica a chauffeur.

Alan Hevesi got prosecuted for giving his WIFE a chauffeur. But he's a Democrat so that makes it bad. Rudy says he's a Republican so it's OK ... RIGHT?

Not to me. He was playing around on his wife on the taxpayer dime. Not exactly a guy with a lot of character.

Who made you the FR censor?

There is NO reason for some tart to be receiving taxpayer money. He should have paid for it HIMSELF.

Girlfriends should not get security. If they did, then so should friends.

It’s a crazy notion.

With the mayor of a city, immediate family really doesn’t fall into the “needs security” category in my mind.

Rudy is not the guy to head the Republican ticket. There’s more dirt out there than we can overcome. This guy’s gonna make the Clinton’s look saintly.

ROFL. That's a good one.

Rudy is toast.

I agree. I'm also not supporting Giuliani, but this is a stretch.
If you throw enough crap on a wall eventually something will stick.

now a Republican contender for President.

And what I'm reading into this, isn't just Giuliani, it's the (R).

In printed/posted stories about the Rats medias rarely mention party affiliation.

Just an observation.
