While Rudy is for abortion, yet he wants the children of illegal aliens to be citizens. Rudy is all wrong on this. Constitution says nothing about illegal aliens’ children. This is one step to sneak in amnesty and that is why Rudy, the Huckster, and McCain are for it.

The Constitution doesnt exactly say that, but it is how the courts have interpreted it, which in realistic terms means the same thing. actually ...that notion is a cornerstone of what many of us here oppose....

You’ve now convinced me - Ruby seems like a real likable guy that can really take it to Clinton, but there appears to be way too much liberal thinking baggage and he seems to be a stubborn sort that will not stick to promised ways of thinking that include a conservative agenda - in other words - I no longer trust him, just look what he did within his marriage - practically an in your face scenario.
Besides, he really does seem closed minded on a lot of issues, just being political to secure conservative votes on so many issues - let’s all dump him back to New York.

This means that tourists and legal immigrants can pop out Baby Americans but illegal immigrants, even if here for decades, may not. It would definitely be a deterrent to illegals as well. I do believe the clause, subject to the jurisdiction means that.
"All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside."

Yep blew thru here about 10Am w/ 45mph winds........was really warm 68 degrees and then the front passed and it dropped to 40’s and now is back up almost 70 !

No need to change the constitution. Erroneous court decisions are sometimes overturned and corrected by later courts. Thank God for that.

We dont worry about separating kids from american parents when those parents are sent to jail for crimes so why would we care here. Don't give the huckster anymore feel good ideals, he will want to start having murders live at home, just the Christian thing to do you know.
