RUDY PIN$ BLAME ON NYPD; CLAIMS 'SLOW' DEPT. SPURRED $579G JUGGLING ACT (Madam X bills hidden)
NY POST ^ | November 30, 2007 | DAVID SEIFMAN and MAGGIE HABERMAN

Giuliani says obscure city agencies were billed for out-of-town credit-card charges of his mayoral security detail because the NYPD was so slow in paying its bills.......the Mayor's Office spent $165,985 for out-of-town travel in fiscal 2000 and in 2001 $184,796. It allocated another $143,867 to 12 agencies under Giuliani's control in 2000 and $435,215 in 2001, periods when he was conducting an extramarital affair with Nathan, now his third wife. Over two years, $579,082 in travel bills - including rental cars, motel bills and plane tickets - run up by Giuliani's security team didn't immediately appear as an expense incurred by the Mayor's Office.

TAXPAYERS ARE WONDERING Giuliani took pains to hide $579K. So how much did Giuliani bill the NYPD directly? Over two years, $579,082 in travel bills - including rental cars, motel bills and plane tickets - run up by Giuliani's security team didn't immediately appear as an expense incurred by the Mayor's Office.... because Giuliani hid the charges in obscure agencies under Giuliani's control.

Billing taxpayers gives the term "paying for sex" a new twist.

JUDY NATHAN AS FIRST "LADY"?

The New York Post cover of Rudy and Judith in a passionate lip lock.........detailed an article in Harper's Bazaar magazine. Judy Nathan, the subject of the article, talks about the romantic and virile Rudy. Now one could only wonder as to why we want to know about Rudy the Lothario. Is it titillating? Yes. But is it relevant to his proposed position as commander and chief. No. What it is appears to be is a feeble public relations attempt to bolster his appeal to the female vote. But it is no more than a photo op at it's best and a portrait in poor taste at it's worst. Judy can play the seductress in New York, but that ticket will not sell in Idaho. Down in the Bible belt where girls are taking chastity vows, they call women like Judy, Madame X. And if she doesn't show a more conservative image, we can call her Madame Hex. Presidential candidates and their wives are tied together at the hip. Even when their mates prefer to remain in the background, they are still under scrutiny. Sex sells. No doubt about it. But, the image of a testosterone fueled Rudy post prostate cancer is ponderable. And his wife marketing his virility is tasteless. This public relations faux pas will not get her a guest spot on Christian Brothers Network. Posted by Rafael Martinez Alequin

Let’s see if Rudy’s “teflon tutu” is effective.

$579,082.00 in EXTRA taxpayer money spent just to get his knob polished by his mistress, what an amoral pig. This sob makes Billy Jeff Klintoon look like a choir boy.

(I wonder where Rooty buried all him AMX bills for the Cigar Bar where he picked up Judi? The Dept of Aging Trollops, maybe?)

*** You lost me right about there. ***

As a candidate and as POTUS at least Billy Jeff was somewhat discreet. Rooty throws it in your face and says 'Lump it'. He's a pig and gives the Klintoons the high ground on Family Values.

I now have to go shower with lye for 'defending' Klintoon. As all Rooty supporters should.

Yes and while his wife and children were sitting home in Gracie Mansion, also at taxpayer expense. Double-dipping, Mr. Mayor? So to speak?

hmm. What are they trying to prove = or disprove?

This photo, same to the Gore/Tipper smooch, make me want to vomit.

But the real issue is the money burying switch - it may or may not be illegal. But is it certainly underhanded to the max.

We need THIS in the WH?

He's dragging around far to much garbage. That he would dare to run, with all the nefarious shenanigans in his "closet", is a blaring testament to his character...or lack thereof.

This hoky ‘they were slow in paying’ is a load of crap. Are we to assume that the cops are using their own credit cards to cover the expenses and then wait for reimbursement? There is no way any employee would put up with this, they would refuse to cover the expenses if they did not get paid back in time.

It is just too funny how Rudy has to explain this. He goes on about how it is SOP to do this kind of billing... oh yeah, NYC has an SOP for covering the costs for the mistress and the family...and then he expects the American voter to say 'oh, ok, how silly of us to think that there was any problem here, of course all cities have expenses reimbursed for the mistress.....never mind, nothing here.'

People get fired for playing around with expenses in the corporate world, or worse, such as some CEOs who eventually ended up going to prison. I guess it’s business as usual in the government.

Here is just one more example of Rudy’s weak character and another example of why Rudy lost the respect of New York’s first responders. I can’t imagine anyone asking our troops to have to salute a man like Rudy.
