Fred stood up well to these weasel questions. This whole debate was a JOKE to humilate the Pubbies.

Rush - Out of top candidates the only candidate that did not appear to be a moderate or had to come out and defend a liberal position at last nights debate - Fred Thompson

I think Duncan Hunter was quite conservative also.

I loved his statement, “I will never apologize for America”, or words to that effect.

Yep, he’ll need the big comfy chair all right.

You know that if he gives in and gets up to feed her at 5 a.m., she will expect it every day. She’ll just keep head-butting him every morning in order to get him to perform. That is one of the cats’ preferred methods of training us.

I think Roody Doody may be all washed up with his Hampton's scandle.

Unlike the other candidates who claim to be conservatives, FRED THOMPSON was the only one who didn’t display “moderateness” last night, per Rush just now! Whoo Hoo!

Is Rush talking about the debates at all? 80 posts, and nothing but fluff here.

Rush just said he would support whoever won the primary. Somewhat disappointed to hear that.

Sadly, I think Rudy is toast after this Hampton incident.

Yep. Two on the list haven’t made it round the internet yet - some blogger posted his findings on the Hot Air site

1. Ted Faturos, the corn subsidies questioner, was an intern for Democrat Congresswoman Jane Harman.

http://www.jasoncoleman.com/BlogArchives/2007/11/using_my_green_thumb_to_find_plants.html

2. David McMillan, an aspiring TV writer in California, AND, a Bush and Rove hatin’, John Edwards fan, who asked why the Republican party doesn’t attract more African-Americans to it’s side.
look at his YouTube page which features multiple videos about John Edwards, more than a couple of VERY tasteless and discriminatory videos featuring the “Blind Black Republican” (of course the “it’s just satire” excuse would probably be put in play here by defenders, but I’m sure that a satirical video featuring the Deaf Dominican Democrat would be villified by libs far and wide). Not satisfied with David’s video collection as proof of his liberal/democrat bona fides? Ok, then check out his blog, which is light on links but does feature as it’s sole blogger on his blogroll, that most famous of sock-puppeteers, Glen Greenwald.

From the FoxNews article on the plants:

As for Kerr, he has been an activist against the military's don't-ask-don't-tell policy for years. He appeared on CNN twice in 2003 discussing his opposition to the policy that says service men and women will be dismissed from service for revealing their gay orientation. But as if reading from that policy Wednesday, Kerr told FOX News that CNN "never asked" him if he is a Clinton supporter so he "never told."

Not surprised.

Rush didn’t out and out endorse Toomey, but he did everything BUT say Toomey was his choice.

Rush knows Thompson is the only one defending conservatism in double digits who has a record that backs his words up.
Rush doesn’t do official endorsements, but he does make it clear who he supports. Unfortunately, as with Toomey, sometimes voters do the opposite and then later they call into Rush saying how they regret it.

If anyone but Thompson is nominated this year, the people that ignored his record for frivolous concerns are going to regret it as they always do. And their regrets mean squat thanks to the damage done.
