They showed the response to Thompson's answer and the expert said that it was as close to PERFECT as he's ever seen!
Thompson said that we should ENFORCE enforce our borders.
And Fox says that Thompson is on the side of America on this issue

And, who lies about his record and now tries to sound like Fred!
“The whole thing was a stage production for Rudy. I sure it saddens them that Rudy stunk.”
That he did. I try hard to find some positives in Rudy just in case he is the one on the ticket next November but I just can’t. This “look what I did for NY” will only get so much mileage with me. And that denial of NY being a sanctuary city was beyond belief. When cops are asked not to ask immigration status - that is a sanctuary city.
Everyone who fairly watched that debate last night knows Duncan Hunter's answer was the perfect answer because HE HAS BUILT ONE FENCE-(San Diego) AND HAS PUSHED THROUGH THE BILL TO BUILD THE WHOLE FENCE ACROSS THE BORDER STATES.
I'm so sick of FOX, the debate format, and quite frankly some of you who ignore, insult and vilify this good man.
IT IS MORE THAN FRIGHTENING THE LEVEL OF AGREEMENT WITH SO MANY TO PRETEND DUNCAN HUNTER IS NOT IN THIS RACE!
His answers were spot on....even when he was ambushed by the gay plant!
I have nothing against Fred....
..but I'm sick to death of Hunter's words put in Fred's mouth and Fred gets the glory.
Will it never end!!!!!!!
Romney: Im going to listen to the people who run the military to see what the circumstances are like. And my view is that, at this stage, this is not the time for us to make that kind of...
This is the kind of vague answer that I was talking about.
Still stirring the pot, eh, Dane?
I heard that this morning!

I think that many of the audience were a little baffled by Cooper’s doggedness in asking if Romney was refuting his goal of removing all barriers to the homosexuals and lesbians in the military, and Romney’s refusal to say that he did refute his prior position.
To me knowing his prior letter on his position, I saw his refusal to answer with a yes, as him saying, no that is still my position.
For me he screamed an answer and I think that it is the most stunning event of all the republican debates.
Dam* I missed the debates...I’m still for FRed though...Thanks for the updates here people, it’s the next best thing to being there!
If it was Luntz, he is usually pretty negative about thompson. In fact, he has annoyed me in the past with this stance.
Is it my imagination because I am a Fred supporter, or ... are the anti-Fred people more nasty than the anti-otherpeople people?
Can I pass your comment on to some of my e-mail friends?

Restoring position of rabbit ears now.
Guenevere, I don’t recall seeing anyone villify Duncan Hunter. He is pretty much a hero to MOST on this forum.
However, you seem to take it personally when some of us point out what we feel is the problem... Duncan Hunter is virtually unknown outside of extreme conservative circles.
My husband (a conservative but not a wonk) has never heard of him, has no idea who he is.
And don’t be dissin’ my old man. He is more informed than most people.
When you feel like giving up, move on over to join us with Fred.
I thought the questions were pretty good at first, but they seemed to degenerate rapidly towards the end.
The beltway elite don't like outsiders in their club.
I posted this last night about Hunter.
“I thought that I got it tonight, he campaigns like he is a conservative congressman running for his safe 52nd district seat that he has owned for 26 years.
We are a red meat district and all we need to hear about is guns, the border, and that he is strong on what ever military issue is in the news that election, then we overwhelmingly vote him in again.
Tonight I realized that to reach a huge national audience that you have to transcend your home district.
Duncan lives in the choir and sings to the choir, and now he has picked up some new choir members, but doesnt sing a tune that will attract a huge new following.
People respect him and they know the handfull of issues that he is dependable on, but they dont see him as diverse and complex enough to take over the most wide ranging complex job on earth.”
