His shady connections and accusations such as this one lets Hillary off the hook concerning her own shady past. I don't think he's actually stupid. I just think that he, like most perverts, does not view his perverted behavior as wrong. I don't think he can grasp why others might take a dim view of this kind of thing. I think that's why these problems are not treatable.
