People who belittle Rudy vis-a-vis 9/11 also diminish those who were murdered that day. My husband lost a friend, and a friend of mine lost a son-in-law. Anti-Rudy know-nothings trying to turn people against him is one thing, but in the process they are spitting on the victims of that horrible day.

For me, it’s thompson, Hunter, Tancredo in that order in terms of the best answerers so far.
HUCK - we need only to better explain our Republican philosphy, NOT reach out to every Tom Dick and Harry.

Mitt sidesteps. We have bigger issues. We’re beyond that stuff. There’s one America, we’re a nation united. Dems dividing us are doing the wrong thing. Flag is divisive, shoudn’t be shown.
Thompson: not everybodywith that flag is a racist. As far as public places, I’m glad it’s not flown, as partof a symbolic display...waffling.

They’re all a bunch of hypocrites on the race question. Everyone on the stage is on the Republican presidential ballot in Florida. So is one other man. Alan Keyes, who just happens to be black. And not one of them made a peep when he was excluded from this debate on completely specious grounds.
I think CNN is stooping and trying to once again..label Republicans ...and now they are trying to label us with the Confederate Flag..guess they forgot about Howard Dean....playing to the Confederate Flag Wavers..they should of asked him about it.

American flag is the “Stars and Stripes.” Confederate is the “Stars and Bars.”
Thompson’s Confederate flag answer was as reasonable it could be answered.
I like Hunter, but I still don’t think he has a chance... maybe a Fred/Hunter ticket.
How old is Hunter? He could be a veep, get a little name recognition and then run for President in 2012.
