Since the canceled shore leave last week for the Kittyhawk during Thanksgiving stranding a bunch of families that flew in I hope they don't expect a warm welcome in a US port any time soon.
They even refused one of ships asking for anchor privileges to ride out a storm in their harbor also, usually a courtesy granted to all vessels. That patriot upgrade with Taiwan (completely defensive system) really must have gotten their little panties in a bunch I guess.

Hey, that's neat. Here's a photo of when the US Navy visited Japan:
Perhaps we could update this photo with a similar visit to China's ports.

Spiffy looking ship......... It looks cool, but it's actually obsolete. The Type 051B destroyer is stealthy, but it has extremely limited air defense capabilities, making it a large, floating target for cruise missiles. The Chinese don't necessarily parade their more capable ships.
