“including putting hardcore gay porn in the public record without permission and without having it sealed (stored on government servers, available for everybody to view, your tax dollars pumping out gay porn). The judge didn’t like that, and he has zero remorse over doing it. “
Is it legal to manufacture, buy, sell, and possess the porn he uploaded?
If so, isn’t it rather hypocritical to castigate him for posting it while defending its legality?
No, common decency, and probably court rules, say you don't post that to a general public forum where people who are not looking for gay porn are going to see it. If I go to www.gaylovers.com (just guessing) I would expect to see that, and I wouldn't allow my kids to go there. If I'm going to www.flsd.uscourts.gov I don't expect to see such photos, and I would normally let my kids go to a site like that for research -- but for the fact that because of Jack Thompson they could be exposed to gay porn.
The strange part is that he thinks he's scored some sort of victory by putting hardcore gay porn on servers paid for by the taxpayers. The gay pornographers themselves aren't even that bad.
And he's done it more than once. He is worse than those he purports to fight against.
You might want to seriously reconsider what you’re defending here.
While there might be a valid point buried in there somewhere, this is not the way to make it. Violating (or advocating it) common decency in one area to make a tenuously-related point in another smacks of gross immorrality, if not sociapathy.
It’s normal for humans to defecate. That said, there is a time and place for it. Perhaps this concept is too complicated for you?
