Parents who spank their kids - even in their own homes - would be slapped by the long arm of the law under an Arlington nurses proposal to make Massachusetts the first state in the nation to outlaw corporal punishment.

Arlington. A guy that lived there told me that when the commonwealth finally got around to allowing "right on red after stop", that city put up signs "no right on red" at all the traffic lights.
And, I think he said it's a dry town, as far as retail goes, but it's been a while.
