Bill Clinton is still a defendant and Hillary still a material witness to be grilled under oath. If Peter does not prevail against her here, he still goes forward against Bill and two other defendants. She is going to be under oath before the election. Discovery in the civil case is going to reveal criminal activity. A US Attorney and a Clinton-appointed federal judge are on the potential witness list. They have some questions to answer about their protection of Hillary.

No. The government took them all. Two of them mysteriously have “disappeared.” It is a miracle that the “smoking gun video” had not disappeared. When they finally turned over the tapes and other items in May, the smoking gun video was not retured, even though it was on the list of items the government acknowledged it had. Peter’s counsel got into a heated argument with the US Attorney’s office, and they finally gave it up. Hillary has people protecting her in every part of the federal government as well as in the press. We are in for quite a battle if she is to be stopped.
I think it really is about time for those who have been saying she can’t win to wake up and smell the Clinton.

If The Supremes of California rule the conduct is not criminal, does that potentially kill the “smoking gun” tape from being used in his suit v. Bill Clinton ?
You can’t unring the bell...and the Clintons will move for immediate dismissal. Could this be in the appeals process a long time before it ever sees the court room ?

His counsel will have to answer those questions. As I understand it, they are being asked to rule whether the alleged conduct is sufficient to remove the anti-SLAPP protection. It should not affect the case against Bill in which she is a material witness. The Ca Supr Ct already ruled a few years ago against Bill, and he goes to trial. If the appeals process looks as if it will be too lengthy, Peter can give up the appeal against Hillary and proceed to discovery. Discovery is the key. What she has done will finally be on the record for all to see.
Good luck - remember this is the group that can make video footage from the whitehouse dissappear that was from the day Vince foster died. It would have shown him either walking to to the parking lot, or being carried out in a carpet. This video has never surfaced. (hmmm - perhaps he did not walk out that day.)

If only it were true. However, Satan is running interference for these two spawns, and they will skate, and Hillary will get coronated, etc, etc.
