The Rat politicians are worried about wiretapping of terrorists when HILL snd SPITZ illegally use FBI files, the FBI itself and the IRS to terrorize thos ewho diasagree with them politically.
It is still stunning to me that no one even got tried for those illegally obtained 900+ FBI files. But then again its the administration where Sandy Burglar was in charge of our national secutiry.
In practical terms, no. If the Federal Government does not prosecute former Durham County, NC District Attorney Mike Nifong in federal prison under Title 18, Section 242 for his nearly-successful railroading of the Duke boys, then that statue will never be invoked in the United States.
